- 1). Direct your preferred browser to www.donotcall.gov.
- 2). Click on the "Register Now" button.
- 3). Provide the required information, including the phone numbers (up to three) that you wish to halt telemarketing calls to and a valid email address. Click "Submit." This will take you to a new screen that asks you to check that your information is correct. Click "Register" on this screen.
- 4). Check the email address you provided and click on the link contained in the email from the National Do Not Call registry to confirm your registration. You must do this within 72 hours or the link will expire and you will need to restart the process.
- 5). Wait for up to 31 days for almost all telemarketing calls to stop.
