Living a Fuller Life Through Meditation
People do not passively suffer hurts but can frequently choose whether these will totallyhurt them for good or accept it as a gift with purpose.
Seems hard, the thought of it is kind of impossible.
As the psychologist Erik Erikson once said "there is little that cannot be remedied later, there is much that can be prevented from happening at all".
Psychological studies of our brain shows that everything that has happened to us remain a part of us.
We would vividly recall a certain past incident as if it were being reenacted with all the feelings experienced when the incident took place.
We carry not just past memories but the pain or love associated with those memories.
We cannot get trapped from the negative effects of our past hurtful experience and turn it into positive outlook in life.
Living sanely and not dwelling on the past.
That is why we must meditate in order to reflect.
We all have to endure troubles in life.
We can survive by meditating.
To think deeply within ourselves.
Contemplating of our spiritual aspects in life.
Most of us easily get discouraged when a big problem hits.
As we all say " life isn't always what you want, but it's what you've got".
It is up to us if we decide to walk and gather in our mind and heart the worry, hurt, anger, revenge and hatred.
We need to accept it with gratitude and strength to go on and continue our lives with faith, love and joy.
Pain is inevitable, it can happen at some point in our lives.
but we have the option to how we face and react to this.
Simply by meditating.
It can bring peace within us and the only thing we can really control in this LIFE is our MENTAL ATTITUDE.
This is how we look at life, can either bring joy or misery.
It takes a strong heart to overcome every hardship that you endure.
But what is important is to have a good soul that will uplift not only one's self but also someone else soul.
Remember that Paul the Apostle once said having joy or misery all depends on how you look at it.
His advice was, " Whatever is true, whatever is pure, whatever is noble, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable- if anything is excellent or praiseworthy- think about such thing".
It is how we choose to look at the circumstances.
YOU CAN BE AS HAPPY AS YOU DECIDE TO BE.
God is awake.
Just keep the faith.
Only a person who thinks hes healthy by removing barriers, make himself complete as whole, sincerity allows focus on human possibilities, virtues and implication of spiritual development.
That is why meditation is very important.
Lifelong process to growth with new opportunities coming to discover how beautiful life is and so sad to others who pays much attention to their evil thoughts.
" IDLE MIND IS THE DEVIL'S WORKSHOP".
So it's good to meditate and see the outcome will always renew us leading us to FULLER LIFE.
So don't waste your life.
It's better to live LIFE to the FULLEST.
