Avoid late night eating.
The problem that happens quite a bit is that you end up staying up much later than you remember staying up.
When you do this, you get hungry.
Eventually you fall into the habit of eating another late night meal.
These extra couple hundred calories makes it very easy to gain a few pounds per month.
You need to eat less during the day if you are going to eat later at night.
Cut out high calorie beverages.
These calories are going to cause a huge problem with weight gain.
Many cafeterias have unlimited soda which is tempting to many.
Don't drink these if you want to cut calories and avoid gaining weight.
This also includes things like alcohol which should be limited.
Make sure that you get some form of exercise.
