    • Raleighwood Cinema Grill is a dinner cinema in Raleigh, North Carolina. Although the dinner theater does not feature live performances it offers a wide variety of movie and video showings, including classic films, new releases and sports specials such as professional football games. The theater consists of a cinema-style room with long dinner tables and hosts events including children's parties, corporate gatherings and weddings. It serves casual American food, including salads, appetizers and entrees such as chicken wings and hamburgers. Tickets sell on a first-come, first-serve basis. The cinema grill allows children under the age of 5 only before 6 p.m. and requires all guests under the age of 18 to sit at a table with an adult that is at least 21 years old. As of September 2010, the dinner theater was showing a variety of shows, including a music revue and comedy tribute to the United Service Organizations, a concert consisting of Johnny Cash cover songs and a country-themed show entitled "Country Generations." Occasionally, the dinner theater will host an "afterglow" performance on days without regular performances. Afterglow performances include children's charity fundraisers and beauty contests. The theater has 284 seats arranged in a box pattern, offering superlative views of the stage and performers. The dinner theater serves cafeteria-style American dining, including meat and potatoes, although the exact menu varies from night to night. According to the theater, smoking is banned at all shows.
