1Launch Microsoft Outlook and click on Tools and go to Options.

Click on the Security tab. Then click on the Change Automatic Download Settings button.

Uncheck the box for "Don't download pictures."

Click OK and exit. Outlook should now automatically download pictures in your emails hence saving you time in the long run.
