How Do You Make Poses on "Stardoll" Scenery?
- 1). Access your Stardoll account, select the "My Page" tab and then select "Scenery" from the bar beneath the tab. Click the "Design a Scenery here it's fun and free!" image to enter the Scenery creator.
- 2). Use the pre-created background or select one from the "Backgrounds" section. To scroll through the background options, click the page numbers at the bottom of the section.
- 3). Go to "Friends" on the "Create Scenery" sidebar and select your MeDoll to add it to the scene. Click and drag the doll to the position where you want it to stand -- near the front or back of the scene. When finished, click the arrow tab to close the sidebar to look at the entire scene while working.
- 4). Click the doll to show posing options. Slide the magnifying glass switch on the first bar up or down to make the doll larger or smaller within the scene. Consider distance and perspective as you increase or decrease the size -- make a doll larger near the front to make it look closer to the camera, or make a doll smaller near the back to make it look farther away.
- 5). Slide the second switch to adjust the rotation of the doll, or click the button that has two arrows facing each other to pose the doll as a mirror image of the original.
- 6). Select the sidebar arrow tab to reopen the sidebar, select dolls from the "Friends" or "Celebs" section and position them as desired against the backdrop. With more than one doll in the scene, you will see an extra switch in the center of the posing options to pose a doll in front or behind other dolls. Align a doll so that it slightly overlaps another doll on the right or left side and then slide the center switch down to pose the doll behind the other doll; or don't use the switch to keep it in front.
- 7). Click "Theme Items" or "My Clothes" to pick clothing. Click any piece to transfer it to the scene, click and drag the clothing to a posed doll, align it with the doll's body and then release the mouse button to position it. Shrink or enlarge the piece, send it to the front or to the back to position on a doll behind another doll, rotate it or create a mirror image as desired.
- 8). Add items or speech bubbles to your posed dolls and the scene from the "Theme Items," "My Items" or "Speech Bubbles" sections, and then select and position the items as you did the dolls. If you use speech bubbles, click the center of the bubble and type text.
- 9). Click the "Save" button to save the scene as a snapshot when finished posing the dolls and positioning items.
