• Taking all of the party guests to a local spa and letting them receive treatments can be quite expensive. Throw a home spa party instead that will be more relaxed and much less expensive. Enlist a few friends to help out and set up stations throughout your home where each of the girls can receive a spa treatment. For example, one friend can do the girls' hair, another can handle makeup, another can give manicures while the final one does pedicures. Purchase the supplies you need from a dollar store to save on costs. Serve birthday cake shaped like a bottle of nail polish and give each girl a bag of miniature bottles of bubble bath, shower gel and other items.
