There are three phases in a hair's cycle.
These phases are called anagen, catagen and telogen.
The first phase is known as the anagen.
This is the phase when the hair is healthy and grows at its average rate.
The next phase, in which hair growth stops is the catagen phase, and the last phase known as the telogen phase, is when the hair falls out or sheds and its the rebirth of new hair.
The problem with the misunderstanding of the hair cycle, is that many times there are some people who do not grow their hair back at all or do not grow it back as fast as they would like.
This type of situation increases especially when a person ages, but that does not mean there aren't ways to assist the hair cycling process to promote exceptional healthy hair.
Here are some ways to promote rapid hair growth...
1) Getting the right vitamins.
Vitamins C, A, E B complex, as well as biotin are necessary in guaranting the growth of healthy hair.
You can get these vitamins by having a daily intake of citrus fruits, green vegetables, eggs and more.
