- 1). Download and install a Virtual CD program (see Resources).
- 2). Click "Start" in Windows and select "My Downloads," or wherever your ISO is located. Right-click on the file and select the "Mount" option. Your Virtual CD program will show you a list of virtual drives for mounting. Select any of them.
- 3). Click "Start," select "My Computer," and then right-click on the virtual drive you selected that is listed in the My Computer folder. Select "Open with." Click "Power DVD" to play the ISO with the program.
