- 1). Open your web browser and surf to Acoustica.com, maker of the audio mixing software Mixcraft 4.
- 2). Pull down the "Products" menu at the top of the website, then choose "Mixcraft."
- 3). Click the "Download" button to get a free 14-day trial of Mixcraft 4. Follow all instructions for downloading and installing the software to your computer.
- 4). Open Mixcraft 4 on your computer, then pull down the "File" menu and choose "Open Project."
- 5). Find the MX4 file you would like to convert to MP3, then click "Open."
- 6). Pull down the "File" menu and choose "Mix Down."
- 7). Enter the name of the file you would like to create, then choose "MP3 Files" for your "Save as type." Click "Save."
