Tea and coffee are two most popular drinks around the world and people are longing for them all over.
Compared with coffee, tea is a more common drink in Asian countries and most of its production takes place in China and Japan.
Tea is made from dried leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant.
Leaves are plucked from the tea plant then are fermented, dried and finally crushed into a fine grainy form.
There are different types of tea around the world and can be prepared in different ways.
They have different taste, flavors and aromas.
The procedure of making can vary with their fermentation and the quantity of loose leaves which changes the quantity of caffeine in it.
It has been studied that tea does has some good health benefits.
The tea leaves have certain nutrients which are good for health and compared with coffee it is considered to be more valuable.
It is said that tea contains antioxidents polyphenols which has some anti cancer properties and reduces the cholesterol level in the body.

Other than these few benefits that we have discussed above there are few drawbacks also.
